Tiffany Garza, CFP®
Tiffany is a point of contact for financial planning matters, including goal planning, risk management, tax planning issues, retirement benefits, and asset allocation, specific investment questions and/or recommendations, trade requests and any financial plan updates for the Blessing Team.
Tiffany graduated from Texas Tech University in 2005 with a Bachelor of Science in Personal Financial Planning. At Texas Tech she served as Conference Coordinator for the Personal Financial Planning Association and a member of Kappa Kappa Gamma sorority. She is a Certified Financial Planner™ professional, a Registered Investment Advisor Agent with Quest, and a Registered Representative with Raymond James Financial Services and holds Series 7 and 66 licenses. Additionally, she is a member of the Dallas/Fort Worth Financial Planning Association and previously served on their Career Development and Symposium Committees.
Raised in Levelland, Texas, Tiffany now lives in Richardson with her husband Victor, who is also in the financial services industry. She has volunteered for the Christian Community Action and the Ronald McDonald House. She has completed the H&R Block Income Tax course and has been a volunteer tax preparer for underprivileged families through the VITA Program at Christian Community Action. Tiffany enjoys traveling, snow skiing, cooking, movies and working on their house.
Carey Yeary, CFP®
Carey joined Quest in 2014 as a Paraplanner for the Blessing Team. She was promoted to Associate Planner in 2016. Carey is the second point of contact for all client servicing. Carey produces reports for annual reviews, assists with client meeting preparation, conducts research, answers tax reporting questions and works with clients on their action steps.

Out of the Office
Carey loves to travel - anywhere. She travels to the Caribbean every year to the beach and ensures that she polishes her abilities as a certified scuba diver. She’d rather be outside than inside, and enjoys spending time with her family and friends.
Marla is the first point of contact for all client service and administrative needs. She handles all appointment scheduling for the Blessing team, client account changes, deposits, withdrawals or disbursements from Raymond James accounts and other administrative tasks such as coordinating charitable gifts and setting up online accounts. Marla is a Registered Representative with Raymond James Financial Services, holding Series 7, 24 and 63 licenses.
Marla lives in Farmers Branch with her husband, Larry, and their two dachshunds, Oscar and Mayer. She enjoys being outdoors, traveling yearly to Jamaica with friends and spending time with family.
