
Carl's previous career in the United States Marine Corps has contributed to his discipline and thoroughness in providing families with insight into communicating their goals. This has, in turn, helped him provide innovative and strategic solutions for their wealth management needs – building their wealth, managing and preserving it, and ultimately helping him make a difference in the lives of others.
His unique approach to working with clients and other members of a financial planning team comes from years of leading professional and technical staffs through problem solving to find solutions. From these years of experience, he is accomplished at helping families transform undefined goals into actionable strategies designed to meet those goals. He specializes in working with busy professionals and is an acknowledged expert in investment strategies to build and maintain wealth, retirement distribution solutions and estate planning.
Carl is an avid reader of professional and personal interests and is often quoted in professional and trade publications. He was recognized once again among D Magazine's Top Financial Planners and Top Wealth Managers in Dallas in 2010.
He holds a Master of Science degree from Troy State University, and a Bachelor of Science degree from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale. Carl completed postgraduate certificate studies at the University of North Texas, the Naval Postgraduate School, the Marine Corps Command and Staff College, and the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.
A shareholder and practice leader at Quest, Carl is a Certified Financial Planner™professional and has also been awarded the Certified Investment Management Analyst, Investment Management Consultant™ and Accredited Estate Planner™ designations. He is a Registered Principal with Raymond James Financial Services, holding Series 7, 24, 31, 51, 63 and 65 Licenses. Carl is also a Registered Principal with the National Futures Association. Additionally, he is General Lines Insurance licensed for life, accident and health and is a Registered Investment Advisor Agent with Quest.
D Magazine: Compiled bi-annually by the local magazine, which surveyed Certified Financial Planner™ professionals in the DFW area and the final list was reviewed by esteemed local financial planners.

Jennifer is the point of contact for portfolio performance concerns, risk management, tax planning issues, retirement benefits, asset allocations and any financial plan updates. She assists in providing advice, production of review, research and coordinating and implementing action steps.
Jennifer graduated from Texas Tech University, where she earned her Bachelor and Masters of Science in personal financial planning. Jennifer first joined Quest as a production assistant while working on her degrees, spending her time writing financial plans and annual reviews in support of the planning teams. Jennifer is an active member of the Dallas/Fort Worth Financial Planning Association and Junior Achievement Program.
In her spare time, Jennifer enjoys volunteering, playing softball, hot yoga and spending time with her family and friends.

AnitaMarie is a client service associate and the first point of contact for all client service needs. She brings more than 15 years of client servicing and executive administrative support to Quest. Her primary responsibilities include resolving investment account discrepancies, project management and general servicing items, while helping to foster client relationships through professional network affiliations.
AnitaMarie enjoys time with family and friends. She loves animals and nature. Her favorite readings are health and fitness journals along with stock market history. Her true passion is advocating for the elderly.
